- Items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund/exchange.

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- The following items are not returnable: swimsuits, jewelry, bodysuits and shapewear.
Shipping and Handling:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of a shipping error or damaged items.
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery to request a return and obtain a return authorization.
- Securely package your items in the original packaging, and include the return authorization slip.
- Ship the package to the provided return address. Prepaid shipping labels will be provided for returns due to shipping errors or damaged items.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please allow us 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your return. This processing time ensures that we can thoroughly inspect your items and handle your request accurately.
